Graceday
Terms of Use
By using Graceday you agree to these terms. They're written in plain words on purpose.
What Graceday is
Graceday is a daily Bible habit app: the Bible in three public-domain translations (BSB, WEB and KJV), reading plans, a streak, a prayer journal, and Ask, an AI helper that answers Bible questions and shows the exact verses from the app's own Bible text.
Free, the free week, and Pro
- Graceday is free to use. Your first 7 days include everything, with no card and nothing to cancel.
- Graceday Pro adds more Ask questions a day and all reading plans, at the price shown before you buy: yearly or monthly.
- On the web and in the Graceday Windows app, Pro is sold through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe as the seller of record, and Stripe's checkout terms apply to the payment. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time with "Manage or cancel" on the Pro screen or from your Stripe receipt email. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. For refund questions write to contact@smarttechbuying.com; Stripe may also handle refunds under its own rules.
- Your Pro key turns on Pro on up to 3 of your devices. Please don't share or sell it. A key stops working when its subscription ends or is refunded.
- In the phone and tablet apps, purchases aren't open yet. When they are, that app store's rules for billing, cancelling and refunds will apply.
About the AI answers
- Ask uses AI. Answers can be wrong or incomplete. Always read the verses for yourself.
- Ask is not a pastor, priest or counselor, and it doesn't speak for God. Where Christians disagree, it tries to name the main views without picking one.
- It gives no medical, legal, financial or mental health advice. Talk to a qualified professional for those.
- If you are in danger or thinking about hurting yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, in the US) or call 911 now.
- There's a daily limit on Ask questions. Please don't misuse Ask (for example, automated or bulk requests, or trying to make it produce harmful content). We may limit or block access that does.
Bible text
The Berean Standard Bible (BSB), World English Bible (WEB) and King James Version (KJV) texts in Graceday are in the public domain.
Your data
See our Privacy Policy. In short: your reading, prayers and notes stay on your device, and only questions you send with Ask leave it.
No guarantees
Graceday is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using Graceday after a change means you accept the new terms.
